Our Ringwood office is home to the former A-One Insurance Group, established in 1993 and a long-standing insurance broker in the South of England. A-One and its specialist businesses became part of Clear following the Group’s acquisition in October 2024.

Now part of Clear Insurance Management, the Ringwood team continues to support businesses and individuals with a wide range of commercial and personal insurance needs, combining local knowledge and specialist expertise with the wider resources and capabilities of Clear.

History and heritage

The Ringwood branch is home to the former A-One Insurance Group, established in 1993 and one of the South’s leading regional insurance brokers. The office is also home to specialist businesses including McComish Insurance Brokers and Aspire Insurance Services, which, together with AOne, have now rebranded as Clear Insurance Managment. A-One Protection, also based in Ringwood, has rebranded as Clear Employee Benefits.

Following Clear Group’s acquisition of A-One in October 2024, the Ringwood team became part of Clear, helping to establish Clear’s South West region and bringing significant additional expertise into the Group.

Today, the team continues to provide a personal, local service to businesses and individuals, supported by the wider expertise, resources and insurance market relationships available across Clear Group.
