In order to access our products, please firstly click ‘New User’ above, provide your contact details, and an application form and Terms of Business will be emailed to you. Complete and return the form and if all is acceptable, we will confirm your authority to trade our products, as quickly as possible. You will need to nominate an administrator, who will be granted the authority to add details of the staff you wish to be authorised to have access to our systems. In addition you will be asked to nominate an accounts controller.
Once authorised, your staff will receive an email confirming their individual password and links to our system. Please ensure that they read our Frequently Asked Questions documents and familiarise themselves with the Summary of Cover for each product. We have created videos to assist with the following topics:
Quote and buy process, including renewals and mid term
Adjustments – for your account brokers and handlers
Accounts settlement – for your accounting team
Administrator – additional system functions for your nominated administrator
