Men's Health Week 2025: a call for strategic thinking

As proposed by the Men's Health Forum, strategy is the word for this year's Men's Health Week.

MHW2025

June 9-15, 2025, is Men’s Health Week (MHW), and this year the Men’s Health Forum has proposed the theme of Men’s Health Strategy. It’s a call for open conversation; to share the challenges around men’s health. It’s also a vital step towards an environment where these issues are not only acknowledged, but could be prevented with the right help and resources.

As part of MHW 2025, here is some guidance to better support you, your colleagues and loved ones.

Managing stress

Balancing work and family obligations can feel overwhelming, and when the stress piles high it impacts health. If you or someone you know is struggling to manage stress, or you’re an employer seeking to prevent workplace strains, check out the following resources.
