Yes, there are typically limits to the amount that can be claimed on a property claim. The limits vary depending on the terms and conditions of the insurance policy. Insurance policies usually have a sums insured value, which is the maximum amount the insurer will pay out.
Possibly, however difficult to confirm as other claims under the policy will be considered in addition, market conditions will also be relevant and until the claim settles reserves are applied based on information available at the time.
