What is Drilling & Sawing Insurance?

Drilling & Sawing Insurance is a combined insurance policy which has been specifically designed for the Drilling & Sawing industry – and Drilling and Sawing Association (DSA) members – providing cover for Public Liability, Employers Liability, Financial Loss, Defective Workmanship, Contract Works, Plant & Equipment, General Contents and Business Interruption all under one single policy.

The policy includes Financial Loss, Defective Workmanship, No Height limit and no depth limit, which are common requirements for the DSA industry. These are non-standard and have been specifically negotiated with the insurer with the DSA members in mind. Further to this, it provides cover in the event of damage to third party property whilst on site, underground damage, damage to utilities, employee injuries including falls and machinery injuries.
